It is your duty as broker in charge to ensure that your associated licensees are practicing ethically and legally.
According to SC License Law, Brokers in Charge must ensure licensing compliance. If one of the associated licensees in your office allows their license to expire and continues to practice real estate, you will be held liable as their broker in charge.
