Completing the broker licensing courses will give you the training and education you need to understand how the business of real estate works far beyond buyer and seller transactions.
Prerequisite for Broker License:
- Applicant must be a high school graduate or hold a certificate of equivalency and be 21 years old.
- A background check is required.
- Must be licensed in real estate for a minimum of three years

Gold Card Price – $200
Gold Card holders must register and pay in full 10 business days before course begins to receive the discount.
Broker A Course – Brokerage Management
This course covers the topics & materials needed to establish a real estate office/brokerage in SC. The Brokerage Management Course (Unit III-A) is one of the two, thirty hour courses that must be completed before applying to take the state Broker Exam. (OPL050005) 30 Hours

Broker B Course – Broker Exam Prep
This course covers the basic subject matter and fundamentals of real estate laws and processes. The Broker’s Exam Prep Course (Unit III-B) is one of the two, thirty hour courses that must be completed before applying to take the state Broker Exam. The final course exam must be passed to receive credit for the course.
