Following the guidelines handed down from SC Governor McMaster regarding the limitation of public gatherings, all Live CE Classes at CTAR have been canceled through June 30. If additional cancellations become necessary, notifications will be sent in a timely manner and CE course updates will continue to be posted on our website.
On April, The South Carolina Real Estate Commission changed the 2020 license renewal and CE requirement deadline to September 30, 2020.

Tidelands, Water & Beach: Regulations and Rebuilding (CTAR)

This course is taught by a DHEC instructor who will provide familiarity with the regulatory agencies responsible for coastal resources and a basic knowledge of the responsibilities of Real Estate Licensees dealing with coastal properties. Participants will be able to recognize the benefits and functions of coastal resources that provide the basis for regulatory protection.

Forms, Forms, and More Forms (WUAR)

This course provides an overview of commonly used forms in residential transactions. It also includes guidance on the use of LLR mandatory forms required under License Law 2017.
3P’s of Professionalism (WUAR)
May 28 | 9am-1pm | Instructor: Dianna Brouthers
(CEC3007) 4 core hours
This is the mandatory core course for the 2018-2020 renewal period that all licensees, with few exceptions, must take prior to 2019 or 2020 renewal. It covers the principles of contracts, practices required by license law, and common pitfalls of both commercial and residential transactions. Taught in a highly interactive format, the course covers a variety of topics ranging from forms to teams.
