2010 License Renewal
In an effort to get all real estate licensees on the same renewal schedule, the Real Estate Commission is changing the staggered renewal periods for licensees to even-year renewal cycles with the transition beginning in 2010 - 2012. 

If the deadline to renew your license passed on June 30, 2010.

July $25
August $50
September $75
October $100
November $125
December $150
