Job Opening: PT Book Keeping Assistant

The Charleston Trident Association of Realtors® (CTAR) is a membership organization looking for a liaison between bookkeeping and our members.  This is a part-time position that will require 20 – 25 hours per week. The primary focus is to assist members with billing questions and administer accounts receivable & accounts payable.

Responsibilities include:
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Answering member’s questions related to their account
• Researching and resolving issues that pertain to member’s accounts
• Membership record maintenance (database management)
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
• Proven track record of 2 years bookkeeping experience or education
• High school diploma or GED
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong organization skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Problem solving skills and critical thinking skills
