Dues information
MLS dues are billed quarterly, sent to the Participant (Principal REALTOR®). The Participant is the only person who can pay MLS dues—CTMLS is not able to accept MLS dues payments from individual agents.
Quarterly dues are $105 per licensed agent in your office.
MLS billing due dates: January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.
