Realtors® subscribe to a strict code of ethics and are expected to maintain a higher level of knowledge of the process of buying and selling real estate. What you need to know before registering for Realtor® orientation
- Orientation is held once monthly. The deadline to register is Thursday at 9am prior to orientation the following Tuesday each month.
- The online ethics course MUST be completed before attending orientation or you will not be admitted. Course information will be emailed to you following your registration.
- Your Realtor® dues must be paid in full before attending orientation.
Step 1: Complete your application
Non-Principal Application (for licensed agents)
Principal Application (for licensed Brokers-in-Charge)
Step 2: Provide us a copy of your license
Step 3: Pay the $150 new member application fee and make your annual dues investment (may be prorated based on your date of application)
We will then review your application and notify you by email when your application has been processed.
Step 4: Attend new member orientation
Orientation is held every month. To reserve a space in the next session, submit the online application.
Completed, signed application and all fees must be paid prior to attending orientation. Once you have submitted your application, you have 6 (six) months to complete orientation. Failure to complete the application and orientation process within 6 (six) months will result in forfeiture of the application fee.
