Dues information

Realtor® dues are $396 per year. Dues are prorated for new members depending on the date they become active. The State Association charges a $25 new member fee that is paid along with the dues. Learn more or complete your membership application here.

CTAR accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

2015 invoices were delivered electronically on November 1.
If you did not receive your invoice, please email Elizabeth Parker.

Your 2015 Realtor® dues are due on December 1, 2014.

Members who pay online and on time (by the December 1 deadline) are eligible to purchase the 2015 Gold Card before it goes on sale to the general membership and are also entered into a contest to win one of two $250 gas cards. Pay your invoice, here.

If your membership remains unpaid on January 1, your membership will be terminated and you will either have to pay a $100 reinstatement fee or attend Realtor® orientation again.

Please note, if an office’s Designated Realtor has unpaid dues as of the deadline, all agents in his/her office will be terminated regardless of their payment status. In order to attain membership after termination, all outstanding balances must be paid, membership must be re-applied for, and orientation must be completed.
