New MLS Policy for assistants
The Charleston Trident Multiple Listing Service (CTMLS) is requiring that all unlicensed assistants or office staff with MLS access be registered with CTMLS.
Quarterly fees for each unlicensed assistant or office staff with access to the MLS will be $30 and the change will be reflected on your March 1 MLS billing statement. Licensed assistants and office staff will continue to be billed as before.
