CRS Training: New Features

Property data has been taken to the next level. By listening to customers and exploring better ways to share data, important changes have been made to the tax data suite.

The new CRS Data MLS Tax Suite features enhanced mapping and additional search capabilities. We also added the ability to input home improvement values which makes it possible to input home update information directly into the suite, which can make a real impact for potential customers.

Additional search capabilities, such as the multi-county search tool make it much easier to keep your client’s search relevant and targeted. With the help of customer feedback combined with an expert team of developers, creating reports and navigating the system has never been as effortless.

MLS Connect is live in your MLS!

CTMLS is pleased to bring you a brand-new MLS tool that is sure to save you time, energy, money and frustration!  MLS-Connect® is now live in the CTMLS system.

With zipFormMLS-Connect®, users can import data that is stored electronically in the MLS that has not been keyed into zipForm® Plus. This eliminates the need for double data entry for many fields in a transaction. zipForm® Plus is Real Estate Transaction Standard (RETS) compliant and supports data import from other RETS-compliant applications.

10 Easy Steps to using MLSConnect®
1. First login to zipForm Plus
2. Start a new transaction or open an existing transaction
3. Add a coversheet (This is not required but best illustrates what information is imported)
4. Open the cover sheet
5. Click on the “MLS Connect” button
6. Within the zipFormMLS-Connect® window enter your MLS Username and Password
7. Now enter the MLS listing ID
8. After the listing is found click the import button
9. A confirmation window will be appear confirming to import this information
10. Once confirmed the information will be added to your transaction and all forms within the transaction

Mobile access to ShowingTime provides easy-to-use, one-tap features for agents on the go. Request showings, confirm requests, manage feedback and more, all from your smartphone.

Here are just a few of the features you can take advantage of from your smartphone:

Showing Management

As both a listing and showing agent, you can schedule showings or review details of your appointments. The red, yellow and green ‘badges’ indicate the number of appointments that have been declined or canceled (red), not yet confirmed (yellow) and confirmed (green).

Schedule a showing – search for any listing associated with any office or agent
On My Listings – a list of all appointments scheduled on your listings
I Have Requested – a list of all appointments you have requested

Feedback Management

Review feedback submitted by other agents, share that feedback with your sellers and see how many of your showings are still awaiting feedback.

You can also view showing instructions and verify that the information is correct, as well as view a Listing Activity report to review activities on each listing.

MLS Instructors Needed!

MLS Instructors Needed!

CTMLS is looking for instructors to teach the Basic, Advanced, and Prospecting classes here at the CTAR/MLS offices on an as needed basis.

Interested agents should possess a thorough knowledge of the List-IT MLS platform and be comfortable leading a classroom of students and answering any questions. Instructors will be compensated on an hourly basis.
