Update to Feedback Feature in ShowingTime
Professional Feedback is now even more flexible for users. Previously ShowingTime had had a single per-agent feedback template with one group of questions that could be edited.
Based on member input asking for more, ShowingTime has answered. Now, agents have the ability to customize unlimited numbers of additional templates with different questions and possible answers that they can apply to selected listings. The current template will not be changed and will continue to be your default.
You can go into ShowingTime setup and begin to create your own library of custom templates and apply them to chosen listings. There is a step-by-step document describing how to use this new option here.
