Following the guidelines handed down from SC Governor McMaster regarding the limitation of public gatherings, all Live CE Classes at CTAR have been canceled through June 30. If additional cancellations become necessary, notifications will be sent in a timely manner and CE course updates will continue to be posted on our website.

On April, The South Carolina Real Estate Commission changed the 2020 license renewal and CE requirement deadline to September 30, 2020.

We are working hard to find options to make this as easy as possible for our members and through our affiliation with The CE Shopwe have secured a discount of 40% off online CE courses. You can access available online courses and use the promo code Support40 at checkout based on your license type:

Online CE Courses to meet Broker and Salesperson license requirements
or
Online CE Courses to meet Broker-In-Charge license requirements

CTAR will continue to explore a variety of online and virtual options to assist you in meeting license renewal CE requirement deadlines. We encourage our members to prioritize the completion of LLR-SCREC license renewal CE requirements.

Western Upstate Association of Realtors (WUAR) and CTAR are offering CE courses taught live, through an interactive Zoom webinar platform. This platform will allow you to experience the training received in a live classroom setting, while at home or in your office. The courses will include the traditional use of a student handout, raising your hand for questions, participating in polling exercises, engaging in internet field trips, providing feedback and much more.
