Realtors® subscribe to a strict code of ethics and are expected to maintain a higher level of knowledge of the process of buying and selling real estate. What you need to know before registering for Realtor® orientation
- Orientation is now held virtually.
- The online ethics course MUST be completed before attending orientation or you will not be admitted. Course information will be emailed to you following your registration.
- Your Realtor® dues must be paid in full before attending orientation.
Step 1: Complete your application
Non-Principal Application (for licensed agents)
Principal Application (for licensed Brokers-in-Charge)
Step 2: Pay the $225 new member application fee and make your annual dues investment
We will then review your application and notify you by email when your application has been processed.
Step 3: Complete virtual new member orientation
Orientation is held virtually. To reserve a space in the next session, submit the online application.
Completed, signed application and all fees must be paid prior to attending orientation. Once you have submitted your application, you have 2 (two) months to complete orientation. Failure to complete the application and orientation process within 2 (two) months will result in forfeiture of the application fee.
Once your application has been processed you will receive more information via email.
