CTAR Seeks A CEO

Job Posting: Chief Executive Officer

The Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® is searching for a CEO to replace its current retiring executive who manages its 3500 member Association, its 4200 member Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and a staff of 13 with an annual budget of $4 million.

Applicant must be a seasoned administrator, skilled manager, and proven leader. Experience in association management along with an in depth knowledge of technology, emerging issues and trends driving the real estate industry, and experience working with volunteer leadership are strongly preferred. Candidate should be politically savvy, a skilled communicator, visionary and strategic thinker with tactical abilities and must be innovative, energetic and have sound judgment and integrity.
