Legal Update: Sitzer/Burnett Verdict
On Tuesday, October 31, an initial decision was reached in the Sitzer/Burnett trial held in Missouri Federal Court. A jury issued a verdict against NAR and other corporate defendants finding them liable in an antitrust case related to real estate commissions.
