NAR Recognizes Charleston’s Global Business Council (2019)

The CTAR Global Business Business Council has been awarded the GOLD Global Achievement Program Award!

From Lisa Calarco, Manager of NAR’s Business Development and Outreach and Global Alliances:
“…The councils around the U.S. have set the bar very high this year and you should be extremely proud of your efforts to bring the global marketplace to your members!….I hope that you will continue the hard work from this year to keep providing your members with the award winning level of global outreach, education and awareness that they received in 2018…I look forward to watching your Council grow even more in 2019!”

The CTAR Global Business Council was formed in 2013 as a committee of members dedicated to globally themed education, programming, and networking. The council’s leadership group are CIPS designees and assist the CTAR staff liaison in planning global programs, hosting CIPS courses, and collaborating with neighboring boards to build awareness among members of the global business opportunities that surround them- as well as the services those members offer to the international community. Additionally, the Global Business Council acts as a Realtor®-driven community resource, helping REALTORS® build partnerships with globally-minded businesses, mortgage brokers, attorneys, and other relevant local business partners.
